Alrighty! You've sent us a request for your time slot, and now we will approve your booking shortly! 

Something happened? Our refund policy with more than 72 hours notice are applicable for a full refund. Paid or not, we always appreciate letting us know if you can't make it. This way another team may be able to enjoy, and our staff has a heads up.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable Escape Games
  • Some merchandise sales, merch, treats


Cash only? When/how do I pay?

Once we approve your request, you'll see another email from our system requiring payment. Due to the limited amount of slots available, and the high demand of attendance, payment in full is required to confirm reservation.

Payment Methods: E-transfer (to triviaescaperooms-at-gmail) or Phone with Credit card. Receipts will be sent to this email address.
Once payment is made you'll be locked in our system. An additional email will be sent to you shortly before your booking.
Additional players may pay upon arrival with cash, credit or debit.


Will my group be playing with others?

NEVER! Your booking is always private, we will never pair you with strangers. Nor do we have any actors in the rooms.

Am I really “locked” in?

Yes and no. You will be in a room with a closed door, but it won't be fully shut. Should you feel the need to leave the room, you are welcome to do so at any time.

How early should I arrive for my game?

Please arrive 10 minutes before your game time for check-in.
